WANDER GROUP specializes in workforce management through three divisions—Agensi Pekerjaan Wander Sdn. Bhd., Wanderman PLT, and Wander Best Sdn. Bhd.—covering foreign worker management, local manpower sourcing, and accommodation & transportation services.
Agensi Pekerjaan Wander Sdn. Bhd., a JTKSM-approved License C company, provides end-to-end foreign worker management, from sourcing skilled workers from Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar, and Indonesia to handling permits, medicals, passport renewals, and Check-Out Memo (COM) processing. With deep expertise in the manufacturing sector, we ensure smooth, compliant hiring processes.
To support local workforce needs, Wanderman PLT was established in 2022, specializing in sourcing Direct and Indirect Labour for businesses. Whether under client payroll or Wanderman’s management, we ensure the right talent placement, simplifying hiring challenges.
Recognizing the importance of proper worker housing, Wander Best Sdn. Bhd. (WRB) was founded in 2023 to provide compliant accommodation and transportation solutions. We help businesses meet Certificate of Accommodation (COA) requirements, ensuring foreign workers are housed in commercial or industrial zones as per regulations, avoiding penalties.
At WANDER, we adapt to market changes. When foreign worker entry was restricted during the 2021 pandemic, we pivoted to local workforce supply, successfully placing over 300 skilled workers in multinational factories. This resilience showcases our commitment to meeting evolving industry demands.
